freeatlast 0 #2 December 11, 2005 Live from hemel hempstead ... Well looking at CNN and having been woken at 06.05 i have to say it looks like a scene from armageddon .... However looking out my window and seeing people fishing in the canal (less than 3 miles from the scene) i have to say it's definately being overdone ... YES it was a BIG EXPLOSION and YES it will have a big effect on the M1 and several other resources (maybe even fuel supplies at heathrow) but no, it's not as bad as described .... But maybe its time to jump the "PHOTO" building whist the coppers are busy ... Also if this is in anyway is an attempt to get skyrad to wear his hoody again, then i have to say "you people are all sick !!!" lol ...
shropshire 0 #3 December 11, 2005 Some other places would have blown the news up even more and started arresting [foreign] people (.)Y(.) Chivalry is not dead; it only sleeps for want of work to do. - Jerome K Jerome
artistcalledian 0 #4 December 11, 2005 QuoteSome other places would have blown the news up even more and started arresting [foreign] people i've heard that police have shot dead 47 people in the area... all of them were seen to be either reaching inside their coat pockets, or carrying a bag....a police spokesman has said "you can't take any chances with these motherfuckers, its best we shoot them and ask qustions later" Eye witnesses have said they saw 17 old ladies being repeatedly Tazor'd on the ground for failing to comply with whispered instructions to clear the area________________________________________ drive it like you stole it and f*ck the police

I can assure you that by comparison with the US Midwest, British winters are all positively balmy. I mean, you even have palm trees growing in the south of England.... miked10270 0 #23 December 13, 2005 Now that the fire is being brought under control... It's blamin' time! Apparently the Fire Service is being criticised because the local Fire Station was inadequately equipped to deal with this incident! Now! Don't just sit there, you should ALL get down to your local fire stations and check that their couple of tenders CAN can deal wiff explosive fires that can be seen from space & heard in nearby countries! Shotgun 1 #24 December 13, 2005 QuoteNow that the fire is being brought under control... It's blamin' time! What, they actually waited until the fire was somewhat under control to start throwing the blame around? Don't they know that you're supposed to start blaming everyone before even thinking about putting out the fire? What's wrong with you Brits?
